1. What we collect
Applicants: name, email, and the message you submit when applying or requesting placement assistance. Employers: account details, business-registration information, and payment metadata (we never store raw card numbers — only a gateway token and the last 4 digits).
2. How we use it
Applicant name, email, and message are provided to the employer of the listing you apply to, so they can contact you directly. This third-party provision happens only with your explicit consent at the time of applying.
3. Third-party provision
By consenting at apply/placement time, you agree that your name, email, and message are shared with the relevant employer for recruitment purposes. We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing email.
4. Retention & deletion
Applicant submissions are retained for up to 180 days after the related listing closes, or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner. To request deletion of your data, email teachingjobskorea@gmail.com.
5. Security
Business-registration documents are stored privately with access restricted to administrators. Payment processing is handled by the payment gateway; we do not store raw card data.
6. Your rights
Under PIPA you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent. Contact teachingjobskorea@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
